Sheila has worked everywhere and everything, sometimes all at once. With over 30 years of industry experience, she really shows the restaurant world how hospitality is done. With her extensive wine and beer knowledge, she put together a program that she can’t wait to share with you all!

Samantha Roiland - Chef, Kitchen Witch

Sam, with over 20 years of experience in kitchens, has mostly focused on her love of Mexican cuisine, specifically in the Yucatan peninsula. But her love for Italian food (well, all of the cuisines) has brought her to Celio, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

Nate Docken - Chef, Snark Master

Nate has been in the industry for 15 years and has regretted it ever since. But, he made his peace with it a long time ago and figures he’s somewhat okay at it, so he decided to embrace his Italian heritage and showcase what his family has done for generations… except charge people for it.
